- Can I import orders from my store?
- Bulk booking accepts a CSV, which every store platform can export. Direct integrations with the major platforms are on the roadmap — the integrations page has the current state.
- How many orders can I book at once?
- Up to 500 rows in a single CSV upload, with a preview showing per-row errors before anything is charged. Larger batches can be split, and if you are routinely above that, talk to us.
- Do you support cash on delivery?
- Not today. Daakly books prepaid parcel services only. India Post’s COD product needs a remittance ledger we have not built, and shipping it half-finished would be worse than not offering it.
- What happens with returns?
- An undelivered parcel is returned to the pickup address at no extra charge. The scan trail shows why delivery failed, which is usually an address problem worth fixing before you rebook.
- Is there a volume discount?
- The postage is the contractual tariff and is the same for every Daakly account. If your volume is at a level where a bespoke arrangement makes sense, talk to us directly.
