- Is there a minimum number of shipments?
- No. One parcel a month is a perfectly normal account. There is no minimum, no monthly fee and nothing that lapses if you do not use it for a while.
- Do I need to be a registered business?
- No. Individuals and unregistered sellers ship on the same account and the same rates as anyone else. A GSTIN is optional and only matters if you want it on your invoices to claim input credit.
- What if I add money and then do not use it?
- It stays in your wallet. Nothing expires and no monthly fee takes a bite out of it. It is for postage rather than withdrawal, but if you are leaving, email us before you close your account and we will refund what is left to the card or UPI handle you paid with.
- Do I need a printer?
- Yes, for the label. A printed label scans reliably and a handwritten one does not, so this is the one piece of equipment that genuinely matters.
- Which service should I use?
- Under a kilogram, Speed Post — it is faster and costs almost the same. Above five kilograms, Business Parcel, unless the delivery date matters enough to pay roughly double. In between, decide per parcel.
